What vegetables and quinoa .... I cook a big pot of quinoa every few days and make salads with it (add spinach, tomatoes, avocado, and some form of oil and curry vinaigrette ... or a stir fry with olive oil, soy-ginger salsa) and I like quinoa, with at least one meal per day.

Beans! Get a couple of small beans (black beans) and cook em up to save water (black and is sooo good) and take the spicy soup made with black beans. Take your beans, add the soup and the rest of the meal. (Gallo Pinto), add some cooked rice, beans and olive oil in a frying pan, the whole garlic and salt. Dinner with vegetables, tofu ... (I eat) to Beakfast.

Make some shakes (silken tofu, frozen vegetables and rice / soy milk)

The trick is to keep some fruit and cookies or something on hand to no longer so hungry that obsessive. If you are a vegetarian, you must be prepared. Take some nuts with you and if you know you should not eat for a while, eat what you do not starve, and go straight to the pasta when you get home.

Another thingI do is cut portions of vegetables in the refrigerator and quickly fried.

Hope this helps, good luck to think!

Hello. I'm new at this vegan. But you can try these dishes that I ate:
> Calalloo with baked beans and potatoes.
> Cabbage w / carrots and rice (I prefer rice and peas ...) yum ^ _ ^
> Stew W / red peas, Irish potatoes, carrots and anything else you want to add. Side with broccoli or cauliflower.

When cooking more oil sauteed with garlic. I like the taste of garlic. Try it and I know ...:-)
