Asus maximus CPU LED is red? - asus maximus iii extreme

I have recently built my computer, but when I detect no signal on the monitor, but everything else works well in the case. After my mother, near the 24-pin connector with the Q-LED lights up red light on the CPU. What is the problem? / The failure of the CPU?
